Eckstein: RIMPAC 2016 yields cooperation, data for future operations

The Rim of the Pacific 2016 exercise wrapped up this week. More than 20 nations from around the globe participated in the exercise… thousands of troops and dozens of ships and aircraft. Megan Eckstein of the US Naval Institute News reported from, among other locations, the deck of the USS America at RIMPAC. She discussed what she saw on National Defense Week.
