Klimas: clues for Pentagon’s innovation future from Clinton, Trump camps

The future of the Third Offset depends in great part on who becomes the 45th President of the United States, and who the new President chooses as the Secretary of Defense. Jaqueline Klimas of the Washington Examiner reported on the clues and hints of the Pentagon’s technology innovation agenda in materials from the Clinton and Trump campaigns, and each party’s platform.
