The House’s version of the Act includes a 2.1% pay increase for active duty military. Colonel Steve Strobridge (USAF ret.) is Director of Government Relations at the Military Officers Association of America, and co-chairman of the Military Coalition, a group of 31 military and veterans organizations. Col. Strobridge discussed both markups, and how they’ll affect active-duty and retired personnel, on National Defense Week.
