Defense Department financial management professionals would have every reason to feel a lot of pressure and pessimism about their jobs, with budgets shrinking and sequestration looming again. But they’re optimistic about the future, according to data in new research from the American Society of Military Comptrollers and Grant Thornton Public Sector.
