Anti access area denial is a term the Navy, and other military leaders, have used to describe limits to movement through certain areas of the world. But that term is out the window in the Navy as of this week. Admiral John Richardson talked about the term, its meaning, and why he’s ending its use at an event at the Center for Strategic and International Studies this week.
